Well, my other thread got closed because I guess I didn't pick a good enough title, and I read the rules and it says to feel free to start a new one and so I did.
Anyway, I got almost everything down to go ahead and flash my 360. But I have been reading of VIA SATA Cards different chipsets. So, will for example, a 6421A chipset do the job for any drive or depending on the drive I have to get different chipsets? Is it any different than say, using a 6421B? Sorry if it sounds stupid, but people are confusing sometimes, saying "This card is for flashing your Samsung drive", honestly that leads me to think that it only works for Samsung drives, since I am yet not experienced in Flashing an 360's. So, I would like to know if any chipset will do for any drives or if I need specific chipsets for certain drives. I also heard drives are flashed in different ways, and I am pretty sure that means you can use a single card to flash any drives but the method to do it changes depending on the drives.
I'd really lke to confirm this, because as I said earlier, it's confusing.
I will break down the questions because I might have gotten a little confusing up there.
1) Do I need different chipsets to flash the 360 depending on the drive or will one card do the job for any drive?
2) In case that one card will do all, which chipset is the best to pick? I'm going for a VIA card btw. If you can give me pricing, I would deeply appreciate it.
