Well I figured out how to do the moveset swap mod for the xbox version of SF4 as well as the custom skin. But instead of posting the tools and instruction on how to patch the moveset files. I've created a complete set of each characters move so that all you have to do is replace the moveset file of the characters you want to swap moves for.

Replacing the moveset files is the same as for replacing custom skin but I threw together a quick tutorial with screenshots on how do it anyway.

just use the xbox backup creator to replace the files in the SF4 ISO. If you don't have it you can download it and other SF4 mod tools from here http://forums.afterdawn.com/t.cfm/f-152/...ude_mods-826231

Each file below contains the patch moveset file for each of the characters. For example the BLK.rar file contains the moveset files for all the characters patched to use blanka's moves. Each rar file is separate so you only need to download the moves you want to use instead of having to download them all.
