Hi,

I am new to all this and would appreciate some help.

I recently lost some channels itv, channel 4 etc etc, so i took the opurtinity to update the latest firmware fix for the box (epg fix). Prioir to installing the firmware i saved the channel list to my computer, as i took me hours to sort it out.

I factory reset and done deep installation, but when i download the channel list to the box i end up with only 5 channels, and have to scan again, can someone please tell me step by step how to download my saved channel list to the box?

i have also noticed when i have recanned i dont have some channels (i.e. E4, E4+1, More 4 etc), is there anyway to scan for these individual channels and add them to my channels without having to start from scratch? i take it you need to know the individual frequencies, where would i find these?

Sorry for asking for so much help, it's just driving me crazy
