Dual layer discs for Hitachi drive PLEASE HELP!!!

Hi,

My friend dose back ups for his games. He always use to use Aone Premium discs for his xbox 360 (hitachi). But for some reason he has stopped making them now he dose not know what discs to use now. He has tried Ridata, Mirror, Traxdata DL discs and none of them would read. What discs are compatible with hitachi drives?

People say verbs will work. But he dose not want to go out and pay £15 for a pack of verbs and they don't work.

You need to work on your grammar, it's difficult to understand you. I can tell you that everyone who knows anything on this site will recommend Verbatims hands down when it comes to DL. Check out newegg and make sure to get the ones in the purple case as they are from Singapore and not Indonesia!

if verbatims dont work any better you can try lowering the resistance on the potentiometer for the laser. Be sure to do it correctly for your drive though because if you dont use a multimeter or lower it too much it can burn it up
