I was going to chip my Xbox, but I keep having second thoughts. Could someone please tell me the pro's and cons of having a modded console. Can you run console emulators? Can you have custom gamerpics?

Also, how safe is stealth patching?

pros: you can play backups of your games, you can get games free

cons:to run console emulators you need to jtag the xbox 360 (google jtag)

Stealth patching is safer with the new LT firmware.
