is that possibel to convert the movie file with 352/288 reslution to 624/272 reslution?
I mean to change the all movie with low reslution to high reslution
if is possibel ? how can i do that?

Golden Rule: Crap in = Crap out


When you scale the resolution, all you are doing is stretching and interpolating so there is a limit to how much can stretch and interpolate before it looks like crap.
