Guide: How To Downgrade any PSP without a Pandora Battery!

My friend(Max) at team NOS (http://teamnitrousoxide.webs.com/) have figured out how to downgrade any psp with any OFW but 6.20 OFW, however we are working on that now, here is the guide, also we have not tried this on the psp go to take it from 6.10 to 6.00 so we do not know if it will work, however we knonw for a fact that we can't downgrade the PSP GO to 5.03 to run ChickenHen because the PSP GO never supported 5.03 and will lose new fetures such as bluetooth, save state and a few more, if you want to try it be my guest but you will need to m2 memory sticks:
Requirements:
A PSP with less than 6.20 OFW
Two produo memory cards
Procedure
Download the 6.20 OFW update from here:

Download the 5.03 OFW update from here:
[ link ]
Now on the first memory stick make an UPDATE folder inside the game folder. Then put the 6.20 (should be called eboot.pbp) update in that folder.
On the Second memory stick make an UPDATE folder inside the game folder and put the 5.03 (should also be called eboot.pbp) update in that folder.
Now get the memory card with the 6.20 update in it and start it, when it is on the screen where it says PSP and has a white background take out the memory stick and insert the second memory stick very quickly.
This should trick the PSP into downgrading to 5.03 so you can run ChickHen R2.

yes, it might work if you get the 6.00 update, and then switch it to the 5.50 update, and then repeat, for the 5.05 update, and then repeat to get the 5.03 update, we have just discovered that u have to go 1 by one which sux. :(

I just tried this on my new PSP 3000 with 6.10 and can't get it to work. As soon as I see the white PSP screen I switched the cards out, it turns black and does nothing. After a minute the power button goes from green to off, and thats it. When I turn it back on, its still on 6.10.
Suggestions?

@ JD ( hey u do that is Ur psp break Ur not, if not so keep trying may be it will work i can not do couz my psp is new only 3 day old even i don't have another MMS ) plz eprly positive fast man im stuck here

@ jport i can't understand ur idea couz u r saying that first i have to update with 6.0 and than 5.50. Both of tham with ofw or custom fw if u understand what im saying so plz send me link of that 5.05 and 5.50 6.0 and 5.03 plz reply im vary confused plz help me

Swapped memcards and get following message
"A later version of the system software is already installed. There is no need to update. (CAAFFFFFCF7)"
Anyone get this to work?

Few of us have been getting this error we are working on it. Plz be patiant, it has only worked on 2 psp so far out of ???. Plz just wait for an update.

Hey guys, I have fixed all the problems and it can downgrade any firmware from any psp! I will post the guide as soon as possible.

Its even closer than u can imagine, just chill. Right now, when we switch it has my file on one card, and the 6.00 update on the other, and 4 some reason it runs the 6.20 update??? So that is starnge, I am fixing this now. So be patient.

Chill man, its not done, I am having a problem, I got it to work on one of my beta tester's psp (3000) that was on 6.20 but for some reason it doesn't work on any other psp.
