93450c dumping trouble

I have done the boxxdr method and have all the wires soldered and traces cut, I have tried everything I can think of, drive gets 0x72 so its in vendor mode, just won't dump. As soon as the switch is flipped over and you click read it just hangs at that. Won't go past that. Any ideas?

i've never done one of the 9 series drives yet but i do browse the other forums from time to time and i come across this.......

I've gone back on myself and checked the solder points and hey presto it read the firmware and flashed no problem.
