hey all again, my wii has been working perfect for last few days after having softmodded but then all of a sudden today i started play art of fighting from my SD card and got bored after while and exited out to the wii menu and then went back into my SD card to play something else well right off something was different i didn't get the bootmii dialog come up where you load it or cancel it instead it went right to the SD card and then immediatly froze i tried doing this about 5 times and the same thing every time, please help thank you

Try deleting the private folder in the root of your SD card.

ok did that and its not frozen anymore but everything on my SD card is deleted :/ is there anything special i need to do to put bootmii back on?

That shouldn't have deleted Bootmii if you have it installed when you first soft-modded your Wii. Do you have the bootmii folder in the root of your SD card?

yeah i do and maybe it didn't but the thing that pops up asking me if i want to load it or not when i got to the SD card is gone and so is bannerbomb, do i actually need those on there?

Bannerbomb you no longer need. Perhaps, Bootmii is having trouble recognizing your SD card. Try another card if you have one. Also, Bootmii, if you have installed as an IOS, is lauched by pressing Home on the Wiimote when on HBC not through the SD card menu.
