roxio EZVCD 6 is giving me an error message

Roxio 6 wont work! I have used it flawlessly for about 2 months with great results. All of a sudden I get the error message, "Roxio has encountered a problem and needs to close." This occurs after I load DVD builder and just prior to loading files to be burned. I did all the uninstall/reinstall and even FORMATED! the machine. Im still getting the smae message. Any ideas fellas??
