After one week of suspended sales, physical books published by Macmillan have now returned to Amazon, ending the dispute that begun last week over the price of digital books (e-books). It doesn't undervalue books @_@

They're cheap because they're basically FREE to publish. You just slap somebody else's work into a pdf and call it a product.
