Create Iso Compatible for Iso2God
>> Frogy_007 released Create Iso Compatible for Iso2God.
This app creates an iso from a folder and patches it to work with ISO2GOD and thus saves space by eliminating content that is not needed.

Exactly which content is not needed? Are we talking cut scenes? Or system updates? Anyone know?
By the way, thanks for keeping the board updated with the latest developments, jpizzle. It's much appreciated.

no problem bro, i think the not needed bit is the padding and the update folder because you should be deleting these from your games!

well just ran Bioshock 2 through this app, and not sure if it deleted the sysupdate or not. XBC wont recognize it and open it in file explorer now.
edit--
opened the converted iso up with poweriso, and sysupdate is still there. as to why they didnt build this in with the program, idk, one would think they would have put something in to remove the sysupdate.

Yeah, when we are talking about 'unnecessary' content for JTAGed systems, that's the first thing that pops into my mind.
One of the benefits of the homebrew scene right now is that now just about anyone can put out a program, and so programs are coming out like crazy. One of the downsides is that just about anyone can put out a program now, and so they are coming out like crazy :) Some more useful than others...

I'm just glad you and wabash are around to do most of the heavy lifting in regards to that for me and others here who are doing our best to keep on top of the homebrew scene. Even though there is some crap out there, it really is exciting and cool to see so many programs being released... even the crap ones. This is the most exciting era in 360 modding that I've ever been around for.

So does this app work?
There were only assumptions made that it removes the padding. Has anyone confirmed it?
Wabasham did you getxbc to read the iso?
