eurovox new slimeline model lost all channels can any1 help me

can anyone 1 help me ive lost all my channels its driving me mad.i did a factory reset then scanned again as i lost some channles then lost them all just saying no programs found,its not my line as me other box is working,ive tried going into the hidden menu press red then 2520 emu is diffrent on this 1,aload of diffrent providers came up i went on to my,n clicked and saved tried re scanning but still nothing i would really apreciate any advise and help ...

and when i go on emu arrow keys then says xcam thats when it brings up aload providers.

finally sorted it i must of forgot to do a factory reset when i changed symbol rate soon as went back onto my correct rate all channels came back but all pay channels were scambled so i went into laungages red button then 2520 put emu to a diffrent setting saved and exit then went onto sky sports 1 and a message came up up dating data and all my channels are back on just follow this if anyone having same problems this model is not as easy to use as other model

Help, I got a eurovox box today and I find all the channels except bbc 1,2 and itv 1,2 and channel 4 are all scrambled. What can I do?

hiya do you know your symbol rate as i had the same problem all i did was a fatory reset then did a powerscan on my symbol rate try that,dont forget to put your emu to on and all channels should come on worked for me...
