Bad Backup inserted, installed but not played = Ban!?

I got following problem:
I inserted a bad Backup of a game in my new flashed iXtreme LT Xbox360 (Jasper, Lite-On). - I didn't start it, I just installed it to disc.
After I installed it to disc, I inserted it in my PC again and have seen (with abgx360 v1.02), that it's a bad rip.

So, will I get banned? - Is that enough to flag me? - Without to play?

It's certainly possible you have been flagged.

I'd destroy the console just to be safe.

LoL... that might be a little overboard.

To the original poster, was your console online while all this took place? Go ahead and delete the installed game and then clear the system cache.

I did this already, but I was only during the installation.
