ok, so my old 360 which had iextreme 1.6 got banned in last november's ban wave.
so i haven't played any 360 games for past 3~4 months.
today, i bought a new 360 (arcade) and a pro modder flashed it for me with ixtreme LT.
but now i'm just lost.
i've tried to google it for 2 hours now and seems like all 'how to burn' guides/tutorials are out-dated.
i heard you will need ssv2 and splitvid for LT but how?
i don't even know what they are.
so i already have like 20 games (old games i played with my now banned 360).
can i play these games online?
or should i re-burn them?
and is this the right way?
i put in a game onto my pc's dvd drive, extract the iso with imgburn, then run it with the latest abgx, then re-burn it with imgburn... or is this all un-necessary?
check the games in abgx360. It has settings to verify splitvid and will show you if the iso is ss v2 or v1. Wave 1 and 2 is ok to be ss v1, the rest need ss v2
ok, so all my games were verified by abgx360 at level 3.
and i only have wave 1, 2, and 3 games.
so i should do this, right? :
1. insert the disc into my pc's dvd-rom.
2. extract the iso using the imgburn program.
3. run the extracted iso with abgx360.
4. check to see what wave they are.
5. if they are wave 1 or 2, they are ok and i don't need to do anything.
6. if they are wave 3 or later, i have to patch it with ssv2 and splitvid (but how do i do that?)
7. after patching the iso with ssv2 and splitvid, re-burn it with imgburn.
Insert the disc, start up abgx360 1.0.2 and in the input drop down menu select burned dvd.
Go to options and set verbosity level to high, now go to misc and change splitvid to "add if it doesn't exist or isn't valid"
Now let it's do it's thing, at the end of checking crc it will then check for valid splitvid.
SSV1 is fine for wave 1 and 2
SSV1 is fine for wave 3 and up as long as it was ripped with a 360 drive (said by C4 himself)
You can check which drive ripped the stealth files now that the verbosity level is set to high.
If it was ripped with a kreon drive or splitvid isn't there then rip the iso with imgburn and repair it with abgx.
