mass effect 2+open tray?

installed the game but whenever i insert the game after using the boot disc, i keep getting the open tray message. all my other games are fine. this happened after i restarted the game due the infamous skull freeze in the game. help?!!

all you have to do is take the disk out, and then push the tray back in. wait for it to say open tray again, and put the disk in. this is what works for me:)

i just switched my disc 1 with a new one but disc 1 still doesn't work. all my other new games work. even disc 2 works . tried clearing my system cache but disc 1 is still unreadable.HELP!!
