Wii frozen in preloader HELP PLZ!!

Hi im new here and choose to join because you guys seem to have a lot helpful information here!

Now my problem, Wii stuck in
preloader v0.28
IOS v30
Systemmenu v289

Now what happened was i went into the system menu and did a system memory format assuming it would delete the hack as well but much to my dismay the hack is still there and this menu im in does not load Systemmenu as it says "Error autobooting systemmenu! Ticket not found"

Also when I attempt to go into Homebrew Channel it says "Error autobooting HBC. maybe title not installed?"

Also since I have an SD Card with a Wii softmod ready to go i choose to enter Load/Install File and i get an option to install "Boot.dol" which i do but once i go into the Installed File option i get an "exception (D3t) occurredt" with a memory dump

Sooo any help on whats next step or if i even have a next step would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!

if you made a back up id suggest using it. or is your preloader not working any more eather?

Thanks a lot Megapimp!! Your response lead me in the right direction as it got me access to the homebrew channel but after that i still couldn't get the system menu installed until i found this tutorial:

I'm back to normal settings now and I'm back in business! Thanks again!
