I would like to know how to convert a 360 game that is split into differant files to an iso

hi sam

can you clear up a couple of questions 1st please :)

* where did you get the file from? did you rip it from a disc or is it a torrent file?

* what file type do you have multiples of?

* if you did rip it what software are you using?

* do you want an iso file just to burn the game to a DVD?

Have you tried openening the file in imgburn to see if it recognises that file type already?

i ripped it using xexmenu on my jtag xbox 360 and the game just has differant folders in it and a defult.exe and all that stuff. I want to use the game with iso2god

jtag is totally not my thing.... sorry mate, i thought you may of just downloaded a torrent in a strange format.

But now you've said it's a jtag unit i'm sure there are people out there who will have you're questions answered soon :)

You'd have to use a tool to make the contents of that game folder into an ISO. ImgBurn can do that. But your problem then is that the ISO won't be the correct size. When XeXMenu rips the game, it removes unnecessary file (padding). Example: Gears 2 when ripped, is only 6.2 GB. The padding is needed to get it back up to the standard Xbox360 size of 7.29 GB. Maybe when you make the ISO, ABGX can fix it (I'm just guessing).

AFAIK, you wont need to re-run through ABGX to re-add the padding, this is not needed when booting directly from the HDD on a JTAGGED xbox.
