Shooting people raiding your home with court order lands your ass in jail for life in where you come from.

FYI.

Sadly, in Canada, only criminals are allowed to carry firearms - regular people get prosecuted if they try to defend themselves.

well this must not be in USA. Cause if I'm not mistaken only authorities (police, fbi, blah blah blah) are allowed to enter into ones property. Guess they've (movie and music companies) have gotten them selves a little group now.
How pathetic really. Heaven forbid they have their artists make real music or movies. Maybe sales wouldnt be in a slump

Real movies or music just wouldn't fit the corporate "formula." Its pathetic that law enforcement would be involved with these media bounty hunters. Where does this nonsense end?
This is bad, very bad, corporations teaming up with law enforcement and kicking in your door.

If your fish seems sick, put it back in the water.

I live in Canada and you are mistaken. Law abiding citizens can and do carry firearms and we DO have the right to arm ourselves, and if any goons try to bust into my house without a warrant I will introduce them to Mr. Smith and Mrs. Wesson.

If I end up killing an armed intruder in my house, I have no intention of calling the cops, and this would be the case regardless of where I lived.

Second the motion of the statement that follows up to this one. As much as I'd like to agree with you..............this is a court ordered raid and it's not like they busted the door down. There was a knock or a doorbell ring and the showing of papers prior to the raid. Shooting them would be shooting yourself in the foot.

I would like to know if uploading something to a sharing site is actually criminal in Denmark.. Does it justify the court issuing a warrant to invade his property and seize his equipment?

A couple of files they say?.. but they "hope to find evidence of much more" .. of really?? .. yet another case I suspect of citizens rights being trampled in the name of foreign greed and profit.. remember 1939 Europeans.. because allowing our laws and courts to be trampled underfoot for foreign gains and profits was what started that last time.

SHUT UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You're making yourself and all others agreeing with you look like total JACKASSES.

Stop already with the blaming of "crap music/movies" as every reason for pirating and making illicit money. MOST PEOPLE don't believe the music/movies are "crap" and your opinions are useless, meritless and unwanted. If the movies were OUTSTANDING to everyone then piracy would be even more rampant.

So SHUT IT!

LOL, there had to be one corporate shill chime in huh?
By the way, there are probably better ways to get your point across than telling people to shut up, shut it, and calling them jack asses.
If you really think these actions were justified, tell your side. Enlighten us.
