Hello, how do I update games through my USB drive? I put the file that I want on it, I put it into the console, but I don't know where to go from there...
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You put the $systemfolder onto the root of the usb stick, plug it into any of the 3 usb ports and reboot the console.
When the console has rebooted you should get the update prompt.

No I meant like game updates and roster updates (to NBA 2k10 for example), not the system update.

I do believe you need to put those straight onto your hdd via a transfer kit.
