Can not update Starview HD+ combo Lan Box

Hi Guys,

I'm new to the FTA scene and having a little trouble with my box at present.

Here is what i have done so far please tell me if this is correct:

I have downloaded this firmware

loaded it onto an empty memory stick, then whilst my box is on standby (off but pwoer still going in) plugged the usb stickinto the front

powered up the unit

then went to menu > utility > usb

selected Starview_HD_Combo_0347_1029 and selected SW+ALL DATA UPDATE

it appears to upload fine then it stalls at 20% then jumps to 40% then says update failed.

I have tried this with 2 different memory sticks.

What could i be doign wrong?
