According to a MediaPost report, Twitter will be launching an official advertising platform, with head of product management and monetization Anamitra Banerji confirming it at the IAB Annual Leadership Meeting. The platform is "only in the test phase," however. Everyone is cashing in on this concept. Napster was before it's time and before this was the way to make financial gains. Not saying napster is THAT old school but just the past 4 years is where ads have gone from a few million dollar machine to a billion dollr machine.
This will work. I am just waiting for paid company ads.
