Do you mean download it? Just use Fire Fox and the DownloadManager extension.

sorry. i was not clear. I want to convert it to an avi file or mpeg4 file. or whatever file that i will be able to upload to you tube and other sites. thanks...

You don't have to do any conversion, Youtube will accept the .flv fie(pretty much any format). Just download it and upload it.

For other sites that accept only certain formats, use this free converter:

cyprus. i do apologize, i am a complete novice. i need some direction in making this an avi file. you tube is looking for a file to upload and i do not have this as a file and i am not sure what to do ? i am lost....

If you want to upload it to youtube, you don't need to convert it(I know because I Uploaded .flv files downloaded via FireFox).
DId you download the file from that website? Is the file on your computer?
