I'mfollowing step but I'm stuck we the fouth time it reads it says bad serial data. what am I doing wrong and this the first time I did this drive

at the dvdkey 32 tab and it start but when it gets to the 4 time of sending back it give bad serial data use maximus probe and power kit but i,m only getting one blue light on probe. I hope i'm giving the right info now
