My xbox 360 has no video or audio. I have purchased a new cable but still nothing. Could this be a drive issue or is the laser shot. I can hear the game disk spinning. What should I try next. This console is not hdmi.

Does the system still operate as normal other than no audio/video? The green lights still spin on startup, etc? Sounds like a problem with the hana chip. You should do the heatgun fix from my sig and it should work.

Had exact same problem on one of the boxes that came to me followed wOOly's guide and now works perfect!!!

"All drives should be updated to Lite Touch + (LT+) firmware if playing on XBOX live. Samsung drives and pre-78/79 Hitachi drives do not utilize AP 2.5. All other drives are considered to be detectable by Microsoft (YMMV). Make sure all rips are ABGX verified, contain SSv2, and patched AP2.5 (where needed). XGD3 must currently be burned on new drive with PC Burner Max firmware for 100% rip. All modded consoles can be potentially unsafe for use on XBOX live."

Yes everything else is ok it does startup normally with the green lights. It takes the disk in and spins fine but no picture or audio on the tv and yes the tv works fine.
