ok so i have done everything that i think i have to and after taking my xbox 360 appart,and plugging it in and then putting it in mode b, then opening jungle flasher, it is not recognizing my benq drive. Its not showing up. Also at start up it pauses and askes if i want to press f1 to start and f2 to go into setup. It is hooked up on my sata port 3 . Can someone tell me how to fix this please. This is my first attempt. I am using windows xp and i have a dell xsp 600 series desktop..Thanks alot..

i dont know how much different it is from lite drive but when its not detected on mine- i just do " re introduce"

and it usually show up. If not, i just do half try and lite on erase.

but you can try re intro

ok so how do i re-introduce??? I am not googd at this and this is my first time doing this. Do i just unplug it and plug it back in??Sorry if i seem dumb..lol

You have it hooked directly to your motherboard and it's not being recognized, which leads me to believe that your PC's chipset is not compatible, meaning you need one of these.

oh yes, you definitely need one of those via6421 chip IF ur mb is not supported.

after u have the chipset, what you do is connect the cable to the chipset and then to the back of ur disck drive. Then you can start the flash process meaning getting it in the right mode then back up ur key...BACK UP YOUR KEY in MULTIPLE PLACES!<--- trust me its worth doing.
the nafter u getting key, the JF should load the FW and then you just have to flash the drive.
