I have a few questions about my banned console.

I tried searching for these questions and asking in other places but found nothing. Most of these questions are pretty simple for anyone that knows their stuff but I guess some people don't like helping "newbs".

If I move save files from my hard drive I used on my banned system to a new hard drive on a new system will that get me banned?

Were there any people who never played games early and stealth patched all their games correctly that still got banned?

And finally...onto my most complex question...
How do I know if a back up is as safe as it can get to play?
I run the back up through ABGX360 and everything turns up green/blue including stealth check passed.

One post says I need to check the option to add SplitVid but I'm not sure if I had did that before on my older back ups. (Is there a way to check on back ups if this had been done?) I have it checked in ABGX but I don't know how long ago I did that.

This same post said I have to patch SSv1 to SSv2. Once again, is there a way to check which SS my back up already has, and if it has SSv1 how do I patch it to SSv2?

I appreciate the help. I read the tutorials but they didn't answer these questions.
