I have a macbook and I have recently been trying to burn games to play on my flashed xbox but I have been having problems.
I downloaded games off of xboxiso360.com in 7 parts on jdownloader, I would then use unrarx to get .iso and .dvd, once I had the .iso I would the use abgx360 to stealth patch them all of my games came out all green, after it was stealth patched I would use iburn360 to put it on a memorex dvd-r 8.5 duel layered disc.
The first game I tried borderlands which when I tried it the xbox said disc unreadable.
the next game I tried was Nhl 10 which was read when I put it in the xbox but it was pal and didn't work.
The third game I tried was call of juarez bound in blood which worked ok it loaded and I could go around the menu but when I tried to join a game online or play story mode it would load till I was about to join and then my xbox would freeze.
the fourth game was borderlands again I thought I downloaded it wrong but it did the same thing as the first time.
And the last game I tried was dark void which would show up as recently played game but would be a black screen on my xbox and freeze
Any help would be appreciated I dont know if it is because of my memorex disc,my drive,or the download its self. If it helps I can add a picture of the dvds content to see if its what I need.
A lot of people are gonna start going "Use Verbatim", just so you know. Anyways, I'm no expert, but the only thing I can say is trying using ImgBurn to burn. People say it handles layer break better and some even say to only use that when burning 360 games.

I might be wrong but i don't think imgburn works on a mac.

You are correct sir. imgburn = windows. I use isoX360 on my mac and I haven't had a bad burn yet. I use verbs as well.
Ya I use imgburn360 and I think I did it right , I'm going to try to get a verbatium disc I think it should work with my computer if any one else has a macbook (black) and they know it work that would help to know, and does anyone know why memorex are so bad
iburn360 patches the games.. I don't know exactly what it patches but you can't burn any games after wave 3 with it.. Use parallels and burn in windows, thats what I ended up doing.

Yes, iburn360 does patch games(the wrong way). You might want to give isoX360 a shot. You don't need to run parallels to use it, and it burns just like imgburn does. I've ran the burned disc through abgx to check and make sure nothing was patched. So far, it works with all waves.
