but will not change so the ps3 and my pc will connect. what i'm trying to do is get wmp11 and my ps3 to hook up for music. but it will not let me get them changed correctly. i have went threw two or three guides that have all told me basicly the same thing and i still can't get it to work. could someone please help. tnks

What type of router do you have? Have you tried a different program as a media server?

Here is what I discovered after months of searching. Some routers have a feature that allows the filtering of multicast. If your router has this feature, it needs to be enabled.
