That's only in the menu... in realtime.

1) Should I worry?

2) What can I do to lower the temp?

Are you using the latest XM? The prior verison was putting a HUGE load on the cpu, causing overheating.

Could it be overheating because it's XENON? Should I do an xclamp mod on it?

Well, the Xenon is the worst when it comes to the 360 mobos. If it were me, I'd replace the thermal paste with some Artic Silver and the stock fan with a Whisper.
