My current disc drive no longer reads most games so I'm shopping around for a replacement. Is it kind of a plug and play any drive works situation or do I have to find a very specific DVD drive that depends on my 360 model? Does anyone have any suggestions?

its not plug and play at all-each dvd drive has a key "married" to the mobo. what drive do you currently have?

$20-$30 on ebay and its probably easiest if you dont know how to flash to just swap the old board into the new one!
