I've been going crazy for a couple weeks now following numerous guides on how to get copies to work, with little success. I bought a premodded 360, it came with 10 copies that work fine, I've tried more than 30 and got a few to work, I cant figure out why they wont all work I've tried on three different computers and even bought a new burner. I use the verbatim DL +R burning at 2.4. I've used Imgburn, Dvd deycriptor, ad the clone cd method. The console is already banned so I'm just looking to play it offline. All the games say the burned successful but when I put them in the 360 they read as DVDs and all I get is the XBOX logo on a white screen. I don't know what chip the console has in it if that matters?? here is the latest burn log

I've also tried with a Lite-on,Hitachi in a laptop, and the new pioneer drive i just bought yesterday with no luck can anyone please tell me how to fix this??
sounds like a wave 4 dvd your trying to play on ixtreme 1.6. check the nfo file again to verify weather it is a wave 3 or 4 iso. All the new games are now wave 4's and very few coming out with wave 3's.
IF you have burnt a wave 4 file try getting the activate disc and then pre load it.
I had this same problem and I had to use the activate disk and it worked great. A lot of the newer games are wave 4 and will not play unless you have the 1.61 firmware. Just burn the activate disk and put it in the xbox first. When it shows the white screen you can just eject it and put the game in that you are wanting to play. This should fix your problem.
Hey guys thanks the activation disk works great, only problem now is I have 10 copies of NCAA basketball, I thought I was burning them wrong.. One last question if i take my hard drive from my regular 360 and put it in the modded one when i go online to play MW2 will I get banned??
sounds silly but just flashed my xbox 36o, got about 15 games on my laptop burnt all of them but only 2 or 3 work, so i went to a friends house burnt them on a tower which is about the same spec all games work fine
