So I been doing some research in modding my xbox 360. And i have some questions before i begin my advanture of un-warrentifying my xbox :P

If i have a modded xbox and i decide to play my real/un-burnt games, can i still get banned? For example, i have COD MW2 bought straight from Best Buy, will I get banned for playing it just because my xbox is modded?

Is there any way that i can play my burnt games on xbox? without getting banned of course.

There is ALWAYS the possibility of being banned. The theory is that it's the firmware that Microsoft detects, so if the firmware is detectable, it wont matter if your game is legit or not, IF Microsoft detects it.
