If you just have to have a BenQ, you'll probably have to just buy a BenQ drive to replace the drive that comes in whatever 360 you end up getting. Truthfully, the 30 bucks you spend on a replacement BenQ could be used on a connectivity kit/probe to flash your Lite-On (which I think are just as good as BenQs, if not better/quieter).
I have an unbanned BenQ unmodded (Falcon) and my friend too (Zephyr) lol. It will be hard to find but you won't get a new one only a refurb or a used one off someone else.
