I'm just wondering if it is illegal to sell flashed 360's.
I have an opportunity to buy 4 xbox 360's for 100 bucks, and could probably make some profit, but before I put it on ebay I'm wondering if it's illegal.

It's also against ebay policy to sell modded consoles. You're warned when you list the auction, and if you get past listing it, it'll get flagged and removed later. After a few offences you lose your seller account.
You can get around ebay's policy by mentioning that the console is "special, ask me for more details".
Because Ebay dont monitor your messages relating to a possibly illegal post. You can do that. I have sold i think 30 modded 360's a couple of softmodded wii's and 7 playstation 2's and the odd game cube before..
Not to mention custom painted Nintendo DS's with the R4 cartridge packed with games the customer chooses and Modded PSP's...
Havent had one ever removed. You just gotta word it correctly.. its how most businesses get around laws etc..
