Microsoft has officially announced their Office 2010 "Technology Guarantee" plan today, offering a free upgrade to the upcoming suite for anyone who purchases Office 2007 between today and September 30th. "Retail consumers can expect their Office 2010, in 32-bit and 64-bit to hit in June."

They promised us the same thing about office 2003 and office 2007, they even went so far as to design 64-bit windows and outlook express to only work with the 64-bit version of the spellchecker...then they released only a 32-bit version, and never even posted a 64-bit spellchecker addon for those who were dumb enough to buy it....I'll believe it is 64-bit when it comes with a spellchecker that works with 64-bit windows.
