Title says it all. I have never modded 360 hardware before so I don't even know where to begin. I tried Firmware Toolbox 4.8 but it says the drive is not visible???

Both are J-DA1A4 drives with 64930C firmware. I'm aware that all I need to do is dump the firmware and flash it to the new drive. But I'm not entirely sure how this is done.

Please a step by step from start to finish would be extremely helpful.

Mind you the only OS I have access to ATM is Win 7 64 bit so some programs might not work.

AMD Phenom II X6 1100T 4GHz(20 x 200) 1.5v 3000NB 2000HT, Corsair Hydro H110 w/ 4 x 140mm 1500RPM fans Push/Pull, Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD5, 8GB(2 x 4GB) G.Skill RipJaws DDR3-1600 @ 1600MHz CL9 1.55v, Gigabyte GTX760 OC 4GB(1170/1700), Corsair 750HX

This is the XBOX 1 forum not the 360 forum ;)

You will need to read the firmware from you current drive and write to your new drive. Step by step instructions are available in the JungleFlasher PDF (google it) and AFAIK, windows 7 64 bit is now supported :D
