So when I transfer backups to my flash drive, someone was saying the application will AUTOMATICALLY scrub (make smaller, compress) the games? Will this happen from my pc? Or when USB Loader GX converts the space on the flash drive and then imports the games? OR - is there a DIFFERENT way I will need to do this?

Sorry for so many questions, guys. Thanks for the help! :3

The process you have now is fine. Additionally, the compression happens when the ISO is transposed to the portable device. This is when the ISO is encoded to WBFS format.
