when box is turned on, the language screen appears and also their is no signal?

blue88 presuming this box was working it could be the power supply or the downconverter(this is stem like object on the mesh aerial)how long is it down? have you tried powering off then on again? are you in ch--us mmds area? come back with more info so we can have a better chance of sorting it.........

yes on ch---s mmds.. box only down since yesterday, was moving about box and when i turned it on this happend. was thinking it was power supply to aeril as there is no signal but would that cause box to be stuck on language screen. still can acess secret menu and scan but nothing..friend has one in the aera working fine

I'd say someone did a factory reset on your box.Does it have any
channel numbers on front of box.Connect box up properly,press ok
on english in channel menu.This should bring you to settings,press
ok on installation and do an automatic scan with antenna power on.
If you get your channels back press menu,press 1570 and turn emu on.
