40gb with no power at all

I have a 40gb with no power at all. I swapped out the power suppply with a tested working one and nothing. Next I swapped the power switch on the back with a working one and nothing.

Does anyone have any ideas on which way I should go now with this. Is there something on the mobo that can go?

There are lots of things on the mobo that can go...one of them is a white fuse in the middle of the mainboard.

I have the mobo out and can't locate the fuse you are refering to. Where on the mobo is it?
