PLAYING BURNT GAME NOT WORKING

ok so here are some stats to get started

i have wii version 4.1
cios rev14
and neo gammer r7

and a working burnt disk that i made my self from the original

the cios rev 17 and neo gammer r7 is all installed but when i put burnt disk in and try to launch it from R7 all i get is a green screen and a restart

i used usbloaderGX and installed the game to my usb stick (very small file less than half a GB) then i pluged the usb into the computer and used WBFS to extract the iso from the usb then i used imgBurn to burn that iso to a DVD-r disk.

i know the disk that i made runs fine and works because i can use the burnt game to install the game to the usbloaderGX menu the same as i did with the game i brought.

so in short my wii is being a prick yet again is will not run what i made can some one help me out plz

also i'm not keen on upgrading my Wii to 4.2 because then i have to install more apps and delete files and more complex stuff that i could screw up.
