Xbox 360 Flash TS HELP!

Hey guys can you PLEASE help me. I have my xbox 360 all taken apart on the table and my rig ready to go with sata cable etc.

My drive is a Toshiba samsung TS-H943 I have searched this forum and the web high and low, and all I find is threads of people saying search the web, for how to flash it. So please help me, by just telling me what I need to do to flash this xbox so I can run backup games. Don't really care about live, although would be nice.

And please do not tell me to search the web, either google it for me (if there are results), tell me what to do, or link me to a good guide thanks!

It's just I am tired of searching the web and only finding hundreds of threads of people telling other people to just go look. But not finding anything

Major problem now.

Ok first I tried Iprep, it would not find the drive. So then I followed the guide you have me and Jungle Flasher found the drive! I did Sammyunlock, but it failed to start the drive in verndor mode, I tried "intro/device Id" restarting it in a sec, etc can not get it to place the drive in vendor mode. So I pretty much, gave up and decided to plug it back into the tv, well not when I boot, and get three red rings! and the drive will not open, it will try but stop after like a mm! Please help, I didn't do any flashing, all I have been trying to do is get it into vendor mode!

pLEASE ADVICE?
