Hi there,

would someone please help me on this, I'm not very technically minded but my Box (original) has gone down. I have lost all my premium channels and I've tried to rescan and restore the factory settings but the message I keep getting is 'scrambled channel' can someone please help me?

Sounds like your area has gone N3. There is no fix

Some of the channels are back except movies and some others, shall i re-flash the box??
