Uploading Game Updates/patches via Xsata ?

Hey gang.
Banned console here.
I know I can do dashboard updates via usb stick.
I know I can load saves via xsata.
What I am not sure about is if you can load game updates/patches via xsata. Anyone know ?

im about to add around 100 new TUs to the EMS one. most are arcade games, which will be nice for us with jtaged consoles. got bored with them today so did some other stuff.

Sweet wabashman, any word on that Dead Space updates? Im probably going to go through my HDD this weekend to see if I have any updates that the site needs.

no dark space...only darksiders... and if it wasnt in this one, it doesnt exist as this package had EVERY title update thats been released.

wabashman, you answer me a dozen of question, so what is one or two more ... :-)
How can I be sure that I put the right Title Update in Cache folder?
Is there any way to check if the game loaded TU when starting?
For example, there are 3 Pro evolution Soccer 2010 TU3 updates and they are for different releases with different Media-ID.
How can I found out which I need?

One last question (which I thought I'd asked but must have imagined it lol).
I have 1.51. I patch using Wave 3. These newer games, can I implement the updates/patches once I path the games to wave 3, or will they not "take" ?
Further to that, if I patch the games to wave 3 and implement the updates/patches, will it fubar anything ?

I would think the updates would work with wave patched games but cant say for sure, I do not use discs anymore. JTAG is the best :)

deadcell, yea i got that pack, its not in there. did get about 180 tus i didnt have though.
other dude- not sure if it will mess anything up, you need to just update your firmware and be done with it.

Yeah i got it too just so I have them all, like you said if its not in there than there must not be any. Will find out tonight if the DLC works for it without updates.

Unfortunately, I don't know anybody around here who jtags.
Personally, I think he just avoids it so he can keep himself in business.
LOL
Jtag sounds cool, because I like the idea of custom dashboards and what not, but it's beyond my skill level.
