Backing up wave 5 and wave 6 games HELP

Okay so I've been backing up all my games for around two years now so I do know what I'm doing, up until now with these wave 5s and wave 6 games. I back up my games using a xbox 360 LiteOn and BenQ Drive Flashed with 1.6 0800 firmware and Xbox Backup Creator 2.9 and it usually takes around 12 or 13 minutes to create the iso image, never had any problems. Now my problem is with these wave 5 and wave 6 games its taking around 100 minutes to create the iso image using Liteon drive with 1.6 0800FW and xbox Backup creator 2.9 why is it taking so long now with these newer waves? and how can I fix this problem? Some one please help.
