Good afternoon,
I have a MMDS box but when i try a scan it freezes at 91% all the time and i have lost some channels too. Any help?

You will have to scan several times to get this to 100%, I've the same issue. Delete the channels you are missing and they should re-appear when you eventually get it to 100% provided you have the up to date firmware. The 'lost' channels will appear around channel no's 98-99-100-101 etc.

I have tried this but still no joy, it only gets up to 59% now.
Any suggestions?

Hi guys,
Am having similar probs with my box. gradually losing channels. All irish ones are no sound now, and others are fading. have tried re-scanning a few times but now it wont get off 3% - wierd
is der a new code at all i wonder ?

derodster dont worry about new codes as the lads said if you have up to date software on youre box then no prob i would say delete all then rescan turn antenna power on along with key emu you havent said what box you have but eurox-t key is always on the box-t is 1570 and digivox-t is 1004 to find secret menu highlight installation and type in the appropiate key

OK so. ihave a Euovox_TX MMDSbox. its more or less fine now. I cleared it and did a re-scan and got sound back on Irish channels. It never scans the whole way on the scrolbar at the bottom - just goes to about 30%. Got a bit of dropout too but better than it was. thanks for the feedback.

I have had this problem in the past. As stated above, they do all come back ...eventually...the problem is...it can take weeks. Its frustrating...but stick with it.....do a rescan every few days....if you have channels with no sound...delete them and rescan...they will come back...

HI Guys,
Just a little off the subject , but has anyone an idea (a good Idea please ) how to unlock the Pin code if the person has forgot what pin they entered ? on the Eurovox TX ,
I thought there would be an internal reset button has anyone else heard of this?

as far as im aware `there is a master key for the eurovox 1968 or similar
if that not it im sure 1 of the other lads will have it
also will a factory reset not do it?
delete channels you locked and rescan

Yeah i have tried those, the Pin is 1969 and 2004 but these will only work once you get past the parental control pin which was 0000 but is now 2??? so I havent tried factory reset as i cant get at that menu, but i have tried re-loading and its still stuck!
I came across this before with a SV cable box and i think the guy Binned it in the end.
I was just hoping someone had a better idea ...

like an idiot with a Grenade !!
I simply cant access the menus which made me think there was a reset button internally like with the cable version..

to be honest ive never ventured the inside of a box myself
but if you are sure about the first no been 2 it would be better to start going 2000 up or 2999 down
i done 1 or twice before
