well how do you flash one... i can't find the right thread.... oh and if i do this will my console still be banned even if i don't do anything? like for turning on 360 and signing into live

Jungle Flasher has a great guide for flashing all drives, check out there website HERE

There is always a risk of being banned with a flashed console.
