Hi, I've been having problems with my benq drive playing most backups, it will freeze in the same spot everytime for these games. I've tried flashing with LT, 1.61 w/ boot disc and back to stock etc. all returning fine flash properties in JF. Every game comes back all green lights from abgx before the burn with imgburn at 2x with everything in order. Here's the thing it'll play certain backups eg need for speed, rock band 2, cod mw2 singleplayer and originals but most backups will freeze same spot. So I bought a replacement benq flashed and spoofed drive key over, same thing???? What is going on here I've got about 30 verbatim coasters never had this problem before and I've flashed many drives could someone help plz?????

It sounds like your dvd burner is failing to burn the media properly...sounds too coincidental for both drives to be the problem.
"All drives should be updated to Lite Touch + (LT+) firmware if playing on XBOX live. Samsung drives and pre-78/79 Hitachi drives do not utilize AP 2.5. All other drives are considered to be detectable by Microsoft (YMMV). Make sure all rips are ABGX verified, contain SSv2, and patched AP2.5 (where needed). XGD3 must currently be burned on new drive with PC Burner Max firmware for 100% rip. All modded consoles can be potentially unsafe for use on XBOX live."

right? that's what I thought too but in imgburn I leave everything alone and it burns fine no buffer errors or anything and everything in abgx checks out???

I know you said you checked the ISOs in ABGX, but are you checking your burned discs through ABGX? How old is your dvd burner...is there any new firmware for it? All things considered, the only other thing I can think of is a bad flash. What are you using to flash your drives?
I think if you concentrate your efforts on those areas, you will solve your problem.
P.S. try using someone else's burned media if you know anybody or try burning with a different dvd burner.

P.S. try using someone else's burned media if you know anybody or try burning with a different dvd burner. my burner is an LG bought ~6 months ago I'll check my discs through abgx, I'm using jungle flasher to flash and I've flashed with iprep aswell and tried both drives flashing 1.61, lt and lt 1.1 and with different and latest jungle flasher softwares. Another side note rented two games today FFXIII (which put me to sleep lol) and bioshock 2 and the latter froze up on the loading screen just like my burned copy?? so original 360 games are freezing up too but no signs of rrod??? I seem to be the only person having this problem lol I do have pretty bad luck in general so I could have gotten another faulty benq??? I don't know what to think :S
