If you go here all will be revealed my friend http://sigmus.cjb.net/

this description at http://sigmus.cjb.net/ is to Rename your VIDEO.OGM file to VIDEO.AVI ... Open your VIDEO.AVI file in AVI2VCD using decompress.

i need a keyboard simple explanation as to how i change the name of this file extention. can anybody fully describe how you can change the name of a file extention such as an OGM or OGG file to AVI?

this might be an old subject but it's new to me.

thanks

Use Virtualdubmod to convert from OGM to AVI.

1. Open the OGM with Vdubmod, go to the video menu and select "direct stream copy".

2. Go to Streams>stream list and disable whichever audio stream you don't want(click disable). If you don't know which is which you can select either and click "demux" and it will create a .ogg file that you can play back to find out which is which.

3. Once you disable the unwanted audio stream go to the file menu and save as AVI.

That's it.

Or........

You could open it in TMPGEnc, then choose all yer setting and after you save it and start the encoding process you quickly click on the OGM support program you use(it'll be in the bottom right corner next to your clock) and choose the language and you can also choose if you want subtitles on or off. Then when it's finished the new mpeg will be whichever language you choosed and the subtitles(if you turned them on)will now be hard-encoded into the mpeg.

Can you please tell me what you mean by "click on the OGM support program"? Where do I get such a program? Which one do you recommend? Thanks
