No, don't do that if you want to open it up in AGBX (which I'm not even sure if you should be using anymore since it hasn't been updated in forever). What you want to do is open ABGX Click this:
Then navigate to where ever the .iso is, that's it.
The reason why that .iso is opening up in winrar, is cause when you installed winrar it set itself to associate it with those kinds of files, which can come in handy in some cases but obviously not in this case.

True. Right-click the ISO, click the "Change" button next to "Opens With", and associate it with something else, such as ImgBurn or ABGX if you want.

I don't run 7, still on Vista. But what me and jerred are saying is that you need to "associate" ISOs with some other program.
